"A story of trust"
Our clients are connected to municipalities, governments, crown corporations and large international private companies. Strong international experience—localized in the business communities of Europe and North America (particularly France and Quebec)—equips our responsiveness to emerging management issues as a diverse innovative consulting firm in North America.
A description of our missions:
UNAIDS, international organization
Support of the UNAIDS feasibility study of outsourcing projects and subsequent cost reductions. The study included an extensive analysis of financial options in the establishment of a service agreement with a sub-contractor for external translation and on-line information regarding the organization. We conducted a complete set of interviews and process’ analysis, while providing assistance in writing specifications and proposing recommendations for the future system.
Hydro-Quebec, a state company
We studied the markup practices of internal communications within seven major international organizations. We analyzed the positioning of Hydro-Quebec within the scope of other audited companies, and performed recommendations for the establishment of an action plan for internal communications, based on Web 2.0 tools. We provided strategic support on a collaborative platform and defined a plan for change management. Finally, we provided animation seminars as experts in Web 2.0.
DGAC (Directorate General of Civil Aircraft), a public establishment
We implemented a collaborative intranet portal for 12,000 users, business application integration and urbanization of the information system. We assisted in project management, identified business requirements, modeled the functional architecture, benchmarked application solutions market, defined the application architecture and technical target, drafted specifications and assistance for selection.
Radio-France, a state company
The project implementation of an Intranet 2.0 to significantly improve the tools used for internal communication, collaborative work, knowledge management and access to the information system (7000 users). The mission included extensive steps in project management leadership, analysis of the existing Intranet (functional and technical), animation workshops (as part of the definition of strategic and functional requirements). The mission was concluded with the formulation of propositions of functional scenarios and organizational strategy formulation phases leading to online functionality of a Portal 2.0, and writing RFP’s specifications.
