Frédéric Créplet, President

Frédéric is involved in a multitude of projects in both professional and academic terrains. A father, a professor, an associate for the Institut Montaigne (Paris) and the Director General of VOIRIN Consultants, Frédéric manages to invest in these projects even if it means correcting tests or responding to emails on the plane! With a Doctorate in Management from the University of Strasbourg (France), Frédéric continues to engage in collaborative research between Quebec and France as a way to share best practices and enhance the best of both worlds. He is the "coach" of the Quebec team, engaging in as many projects as possible.

Patrice Létourneau, Vice-President

With a head full of projects and ideas, Patrice’s wish to combine the academic with the pragmatic notions of business led him to the completion of a B.Com (UQAM), and further to HEC Montréal where he completed an MSc in International Business, studying in Canada and France. After obtaining an executive position with VOIRIN Consultants, Patrice began a professional doctorate (DBA) and established ATELYA in January 2010.

Based on the merits of his research, Patrice is called upon to teach management practices of the future, to publish articles on knowledge management, and to participate in international research projects. His professional work has validated academic concepts, providing support to organizations in their innovative projects and contributing to the creation of value for the client.

His thorough understanding of contexts and clients—combined with an exceptional ability to translate academic knowledge into practical actions and meeting customers’ needs—have allowed Patrice to work for internationally renown organizations, most notably UNAIDS, the Directorate of the French Civil Aviation (DGCA), Hydro-Quebec, the Ministry of Government Services (MGS, Quebec), and the Council of Europe.

Marco Beaulieu, Ing., Conseiller Principal

Marco is a creative and entrepreneurial manager oriented toward action. He has a huge experience in complex changing environments (organizational and technological). In addition, he has a proven capacity to innovate and drive change while mobilizing people. Having accumulated several executive positions, he has experience in organizational transformation : integration, structure, strategic planning, business process reengineering and project management. Speaker of talent, Marco is a human manager who understands business the actual and future challenges that organizations will have to face and strongly believes that human should be at the heart of new organizations.

Graduated from Polytechnic School of Montreal and member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec, Marco has held several managing positions within a large service company.

In its functions, he has coordinate projects, in collaboration with HEC Montreal, on practices communities, knowledge engineering, and collaboration tools.

Luc Lespérance, Consultant

Luc is passionate about new information and communication technologies, web 2.0 social and collaborative platforms, and strategic management of collaborative environment. Innovative and creative, he is always up-to-date about new media and their impact on organizations. It has the ability to align business problems, whether related to technology, communication, HR or financial issues, and the technology solutions market

His diverse experience in the field of information technology and media, his passion for the emergence of Enterprise 2.0 and his commitment to client satisfaction demonstrate a willingness to drive results—for the ATELYA Group and its clients.

Yana Paydulova, Consultant

Passionate by the search for an appropriate solution for each new organizational challenge, Yana has a capacity to identify a group dynamics and the real needs of a client; this allows the definition of innovative solutions aligned with the business context and the client's project.

Graduate of a Ph.D. in Management at the University of Reims (France), Yana is convinced about the potential for transformation and value-added collaborative uses within an organization. The professional nature of her doctorate makes her results both tangible and with value for organizations 2.0.

Through her professional experience, she has gained international competence of virtual teamwork in different cultural contexts. Yana has joined ATELYA to contribute to the human, organizational and strategic dimensions of the projects.
